Barry Larkin educates young persons about dangers related to steroids

Barry Larkin, a retired baseball player, notices about his negative attitude towards athletes that have ever taken anabolic steroids and/or other banned medications. He considers that such baseball players that have ever been linked to performance-enhancing drugs must not be in the Baseball Hall of Fame. To be elected for the Hall of Fame is the highest honor which is gotten by baseball players. Barry Larkin has been introduced in the Hall of Fame last year. He thinks that dopers should not acquire the highest honor. They should understand that they have made a serious mistake, when they have made a decision to apply anabolic steroids and/or other related remedies. Their decision points that they should be kept out of this club forever.
Barry Larkin belongs to the most successful baseball players. He has gotten several awards, while playing baseball professionally.
Barry Larkin also notices about Pete Rose who is kept out of the Baseball Hall of Fame. This player has gambled on baseball games. That’s why he has been banned from professional baseball for the entire life. Thus, he doesn’t have any chance to be introduced to the Hall of Fame. Barry Larkin notices that those that have ever used forbidden medications should get similar ban. They must not be introduced into the Hall of Fame.
Barry Larkin has played during the steroid era. He doesn’t intend to demonize those that have played with and against him. He doesn’t make hasty conclusions about other baseball players. Barry Larkin thinks that no any sportsman should be blamed, if his guilt has not been proven. He is considered to be innocent until it will be evident that he has really administered anabolic steroids and/or other related medicines.
Barry Larkin also participates in teaching young athletes about dangers linked with intake of anabolic steroids. He has formed a charity foundation that has been called after his name. So, the former successful baseball player puts great efforts to make baseball clean. He convinces young sportspersons not to take anabolic steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs. Barry Larkin wants to see baseball drug-free.
