Jonny Spelman, the son of a celebrated British politician, was caught possessing steroids after he had noticed about application of anabolic steroids on various forums related to bodybuilding. His mother, Caroline Spelman, is a member of the Conservative Party. Recently she was chosen to be the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
Steroids were discovered in Jonny’s room at the Tonbridge School in Kent. Since this boy violated International Rugby Board the policy which prohibits steroid use, he received a ban. The teenage turned out to be the youngest rugby player of the Tonbridge who was suspended for violation of anti-drug policy.
Jonny tore the anterior cruciate ligament of his leg during a match in September 2011. Jonny Spelman ordered several steroids per internet in order to receive faster recovery from the injury. This boy wrote about intake of steroids on several bodybuilding forums under the name “Spelmanjm”. He reported that no one could disturb him to use steroids. He noted that he didn’t intend to stop using these preparations.
This teenage noted about steroidal and prohorone supplements that have been used by him. The boy identified M1T, SD Matrix, Tren Bombs, Dianabol, Winstrol, Testosterone and Anavar.
He asked for instructions connected with application of Testosterone Propionate and Parabolan. He also interested in post cycle therapy with Clomid and Nolvadex.
Jonny’s mother spent great sums of money in legal and court costs, trying to disturb reporting of Jonny’s ban by the “Daily Star Sunday” The defensive lawyers for Spelman claimed that the news would be political in this case. According to their affirmations, it would be a political attack on the Secretary Spelman. The information about usage of steroids by Jonny would serve as a political weapon against his mother.
Gareth Morgan, the editor of the “Daily Star Sunday”, claimed that there was a freedom for media and published news related to this situation in March, 2012.
Morgan noted that they had become disappointed by the family of Spelman and by her attempt to disturb publishing the sad news about her family. Spelman tried to use her influence for this goal.
The parents of Jonny expressed words of support for their son due to results of doping. He can return to professional rugby just after successful serving of the suspension.
