Skip Bayless: Derek Jeter uses banned medications

The sports journalist Skip Bayless accuses the baseball player Derek Jeter of steroid use. He has pronounced his thoughts of criticism during the talk show “First take”.
In fact, Skip Bayless doesn’t have any evidence in order to suggest that Derek Jeter uses doping medications. Despites this fact, the affirmations of the ESPN2 journalist have been spread. Before accusing Derek Jeter of steroid use, Skip Bayless started to criticize anti-doping program of the MLB. He noted that the MLB’s tests for performance-enhancing drugs are not sophisticated enough to catch those who take prohibited medicines.
The ESPN2 journalist Skip Bayless reminded Victor Conte’s opinion connected with testosterone:epitestosterone ratio test which is utilized in the MLB. This method is not good enough to catch those that apply banned products. Instead of this method, it is needed to utilize another. Carbon isotope ratio is more proper.
The journalist Skip Bayless also confirmed that the MLB didn’t have any testing for HGH. The test for this medicine is performed in the MLB only once per year. But blood tests for this preparation should be performed more times per year. Otherwise, players may apply this medicine and avoid detection.
Thus, the journalist suggests that Derek Jeter uses HGH and banned drugs. The journalist also noticed that if he were a baseball player, he would administer HGH.
So, the ESPN2 journalist suggests that MLB players take HGH and probably other prohibited drugs without being detected by anti-doping officers.
It is quite obvious that the steroid era in baseball has not ended. Professional baseball players take different banned drugs and remain undetectable. But nobody can accuse a sportsperson of doping, basing only on improper drug testing. It is important to focus on facts, accusing an athlete of usage of prohibited products. Otherwise, any suspicion doesn’t have any value.
