Treasure Coast Pharmacy was claimed to be one of the most immense producers of anabolic steroids. Undoubtedly, it had to distribute its preparations; that’s why it was impossible for this Pharmacy to act singly from clinics, doctors and clients. So, it is known that Treasure Coast Pharmacy was tightly linked with two health clinics which were located in the same place. A Sebastian clinic is one of them. Its owner was Dr. Timothy Sigman.
It is known that 3 individuals had got essential roles in Treasure Coast Pharmacy. The owner of this Pharmacy was Peter Del Toro.
Jaclyn Rubino, the pharmacy employee, sold steroids, HGH and prescriptions to different people over internet or telephone.
Richard Del Toro, the top manager of this Pharmacy was straightly connected with the Sebastian clinic of Timothy Sigman. The main director of Treasure Coast Pharmacy helped in the management of this clinic.
According to the investigations, the receptionists, the office manager and prescribers were employed in other to sell different drugs, including HGH and anabolic steroids.
Lately Del Toro, the owner of Treasure Coast Pharmacy, Rubino, the worker of this Pharmacy, Sigman, the owner of a Sebastian health clinic and some certain individuals were arrested by the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Except for main leaders, more than ten persons united with Treasure Coast Pharmacy are beleived to be involved in selling of HGH, steroids and pain pills.
The owner of the Pharmacy is is charged in imports of steroids from China.
The state Department of Health ordered to stop activity of the pharmacy. Peter Del Toro lost pharmacist license.
Peter Del Toro could be sentenced to 20-year imprisonment.
It is believed that Treasure Coast Pharmacy supplied great amounts of steroids and HGH. The owner of the Pharmacy filled more than 80% of the prescriptions. As it was found out, these preparations were also transported to some other areas.
Treasure Coast Pharmacy was also linked with clinics owned by Forgione. Today Forgione is in a federal prison.
