Perspectives of baseball in future

The Major League Baseball endured certain troublesome periods of time. It endured two situations that are considered to be two world wars for baseball: the 1919 Black Sox scandal and the betting of Pete Rose on baseball. Nowadays the MLB experiences steroid era. It is widely believed that it will have ability to endure this period as well. There was a case that had an essential impact on baseball too. It was the case against Barry Bonds.
Of course, Barry Bonds was not the only player of the MLB who took medicines that increase performance. Furthermore, he is not the last of them. Numerous baseball players have used prohibited preparations to promote performance. A lot of players of baseball have received praise and millions of dollars due to usage of controlled substances.
The sums of money which may be gotten justify the risks related to usage of steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs. The baseball players who use forbidden medications don’t care so scrupulously about their reputation, as they trouble about getting money. Such people are responsible for the influence that is spread upon fans that try to be similar to them and upon future generation that will have hot discussions about the steroid era in baseball.
Nobody doubts that any baseball player who administrates steroids destroys his honor. It is made only for money. Such player trades own reputation only for getting money.
Nonetheless, it is believed that future of baseball is without steroid use. Numerous baseball players possess talents and proper skills; they train intensively and devote themselves totally to this sport. They are honest people. They keep their honor. Such players love baseball truthfully. They don’t care just about money. Such baseball players are motivated by actual love to baseball.
In fact, the MLB prohibits steroids. But unfortunately, there are individuals in each sport that profit from usage of steroids.
Our hope is light: we believe that the day comes, when we’ll observe athletes that compete not because of doping but due to natural talents, skills and intensive trainings.
